I personally use the Westernized version of numerology known as the Pythagorean system. Pythagoras saw numbers as having divine qualities and connecting to universal vibrations.
It uses digits 1 through 9, with 11, 22 (and sometimes 33) as "Master Numbers" that carry deeper significance and aren't reduced.
